Anya:
"I, decided to apply for A Levels at six form college, however soon I discovered due to personal issues and being told they wouldn’t be able to accommodate to my additional needs, that the academic environment wasn’t something that interested myself.
I chose to then do an apprenticeship so that I could pursue working and start a career path being a support worker, whilst still doing a level 2 qualification which the company offered. I chose to take this opportunity and have now completed this level 2 qualification with a merit, and have progressed further into a more senior role, and most grateful for the opportunity."

Eleanor:
"Colleagues who have successfully attained their NVQ qualifications at Jubilee Villa have demonstrated commendable mentorship by providing invaluable support and guidance throughout my certification process. The completion of my NVQ 3 has instilled a sense of accomplishment within me. I am now motivated to pursue the next level of professional development, aiming to undertake the NVQ 4 in Management in the near future."
