Training &
Development
Good care starts with well-supported staff. Our training is based on the Skills for Care National Occupational Standards. We help you build the knowledge and confidence to carry out your role, and support your wellbeing and development.
Protecting the people we support is central to our work. Clear policies and regular reviews help us provide safe, consistent care. We reassess support needs and review care each year with the funding body.
We welcome feedback from the people we support, their families, friends, advocates and professionals. Regular surveys help us understand what is working. We listen to concerns and use what we learn to improve our services.
We share compliments with staff and managers, recognising the difference their work makes.
We keep looking for new experiences and opportunities to enrich the lives of the people we support.
Regular staff and managers’ meetings give us time to share learning, review our work and support one another.
