This information explains the storage and optional map used by the Heroic Care website. You can use our pages and forms without accepting optional map cookies.
Essential features
We store your cookie preference in your browser so we can remember your choice. Our application and feedback forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect against spam, when you submit a form.

Google Maps — optional
The interactive map on our contact page is provided by Google. We keep it unloaded unless you allow optional map cookies. Loading it connects your browser to Google and may allow Google to use cookies or similar technologies.
If you decline, the contact address and telephone numbers remain available. You can also choose a clearly labelled link that opens Google Maps in a separate tab. Google's own settings and policies apply on that website.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use separate website analytics or advertising tools. Our settings show the optional services actually used by this website.
Making and changing your choice
On your first visit, choose “Accept optional cookies”, “Reject optional cookies”, or “Manage choices”. In Manage choices you can tick Google Maps and select “Save my choices”. Optional maps stay off until you allow them. Closing the panel without saving does not give consent or change your previous choice.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to change your choice. If you turn maps off, we stop loading the embedded map. This cannot remove cookies already stored by Google; you can remove those in your browser settings.
If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only while this page is open and you may see the prompt again. Clearing your browser storage also resets your preference.
